View official availability

Open Availability Viewer under Assigning to review availability entered by officials. The controls available to you depend on your role and permissions.

Choose a view

• Individual: choose Select Official, then select the official whose availability you need.
• League: choose Select League, then select the league.
• All Officials: display the organization’s officials together.

The calendar shows the month and provides navigation controls. Click a day for its details.

Read the calendar

• Available means the official has set available time slots.
• Unavailable means the official marked time as unavailable.
• Partial means a mix of available and unavailable slots.
• Not set means there is no entered availability.

Review the day’s time slots against the proposed game time. Do not treat Not set as confirmation that an official is available.

Officials enter their own time slots through Availability. The viewer is useful when checking availability before making assignments.
