Review organization billing

An organization owner can open Billing under Organization to review the organization’s subscription and billing contact.

Subscription overview

The Subscription area shows Plan, Trial ends, Current period ends, Billing exempt, Cancellation scheduled, and Last synchronized. Available billing controls depend on the organization’s subscription state.

Billing contact

Enter Billing email under Billing Contact, then choose Save when the address is correct. Billing and subscription notices are sent to this contact.

If your organization is billing exempt, review the exemption shown in Subscription rather than assuming the page will provide the same payment controls as a billed organization.
