Use organization reports

Open Organization Reports under Reports for statistics across the selected organization. The page includes every league, game, and official in that organization.

Review the overview

• Total Leagues, with the location count.
• Total Games, with upcoming and completed counts.
• Total Officiating Cost, with average cost per game.
• Total Users, across all roles.

Inspect the breakdowns

Users by Role shows the distribution of accounts across organization roles.

Certification Coverage shows total officials, certified officials, and officials without certification. Use Certifications to review individual level and grade assignments.

League Summary shows League, Total Games, Games Officiated, and Total Cost for each league. Locations shows the number of venues available in the organization.

Choose Refresh to reload the report. Confirm that you selected the correct organization before using these totals.
