Prepare bulk assignments

Open Bulk Assigning under Assigning to choose games and officials for a league.

Select the scope

1. Choose a League. The page loads separate Games and Officials panels.
2. Select the games you want to assign. The Games panel shows selected and total counts.
3. Select the officials to include. The Officials panel shows selected and total counts and provides Select all.
4. Review the summary of selected games and officials.
5. Choose Proceed to Assign when the selections are ready.

If no games appear

The page displays No upcoming games in this league when there are no upcoming games to select. Confirm the league and create the required games before preparing bulk assignments.

Prepare officials

Before proceeding, review availability in Availability Viewer and certification information in Certifications or Officials Directory. League age groups define officiating systems, rates, and minimum requirements.

Assignment requests

Assignment Requests is a separate page for games that officials have requested to be assigned to. Select an official in the left panel to view their requests.
