Review access requests
Find pending account requests and review their submitted forms and status.
Review access requests
Open Access Requests under Membership to review pending account requests. Invite links with Access Request enabled place registrants in pending status until an administrator approves them.
Find a request
- Search by name or email.
- Choose the status filter you need: all, pending, Approved, or denied.
- Review the table columns: Name, Email, Submitted, Form, Status, and Actions.
- Review the applicant’s submitted information before using the available approval or denial actions.
If the table says No access requests found, check the search and status filter.
Related setup
Create the registration questionnaire in Forms, then attach it to an access-request link in Invite Links. The Access Requests page also provides Notification Settings for request notifications.
