Create a game

Use Games → Add Game to add one game to the selected organization. You need permission to create games.

Before you start

Make sure your organization has the league and age group, location, and arena needed for the game. The arena list depends on the selected location; the age-group list depends on the selected league.

Enter the game

1. Open Games and choose Add Game. The NEW GAME dialog opens.
2. Select Date, then enter Start Time and End Time.
3. Enter Game Number. It is required in the single-game form.
4. Choose League. If the game is outside a configured league, the list includes Other (enter manually).
5. Choose Location, then Arena.
6. Choose Age Group.
7. Enter Home Team and Away Team if needed. These fields are optional.
8. Review Positions (auto-filled). Selecting an age group fills the positions; Custom is available when you need a different setup.
9. Check the date, both times, game number, league, location, arena, age group, and required positions. Choose Create Game to submit.

Choose Cancel or close the dialog to leave without creating a game.

Find the game

Return to Games and use Game number, From, and To to narrow the schedule. Use Show past games when looking for a finished game. Advanced filters contains league, location, arena, and official filters.

For multiple games, use Bulk Add from the Games page.
