Add games in bulk

Open Games → Bulk Add to prepare multiple games in one grid. You need permission to create games.

Enter games in the grid

1. Fill in a row for each game. Required columns are Date, Start, End, League, Location, Arena, and Age Group.
2. Choose the league before the age group, and the location before the arena. The dependent choices are unavailable until their parent is selected.
3. Check System, then enter Game #, Home, and Away as needed.
4. Use Add Row for another game. Duplicate row is available in the Actions column when games share details; review the copied row before submitting. Delete row removes an unneeded row from the grid.
5. Review every row, then choose Create Games.

The page warns that games missing required fields will be skipped. Complete all required cells before submitting. The single-game form requires a game number; the bulk grid does not mark Game # with an asterisk.

Import a spreadsheet

1. Choose Import Spreadsheet.
2. In Choose League, select the league for the import.
3. Choose Continue to Upload. The import workflow uses a tailored Excel template for the selected league.
4. Follow the Upload File step, then review the Preview before completing the import.

Use the template supplied by the import dialog so the file matches the selected league. Cancel closes the import dialog without submitting games.
