Manage game check-in

Open Check In under Game Management to review official attendance for a date. Access to check-in and no-show actions depends on your role.

Choose the date and view

1. Open the Date picker and select the day. Use the previous- and next-month controls when needed.
2. Choose Game View or Official View:
   • Game View groups positions by game, with game number, league, age group, time, arena, and check-in count.
   • Official View groups positions by official and shows each official’s position count and checked-in count.
3. Review the overall checked-in total and individual position statuses.

Check in or record a no-show

Selectable positions have checkboxes. The Check In and No Show buttons show the number selected and are disabled when nothing is selected. Review the official, game, and date before using either action.

Positions already checked in show Checked In. A group with all positions checked in shows All Checked In. Already checked-in positions may have checked, disabled checkboxes.

If no games appear

The page displays No games scheduled and the selected date when there are no games to show. Check the date before assuming the schedule is empty.
