Configure levels and manage certifications
Use Levels to define your organization’s grading system. Use Certifications to assign a level and grade to an official.
Define levels and grades
- Open Levels under Configuration.
- Choose Add Level.
- Enter Level Name and an optional Level Description.
- Enter names for Grade 1 and Grade 2, with optional descriptions.
- Add Grade 3 only if needed; its name and description can be left empty.
- Choose Create Level. Cancel leaves without creating the level.
The Levels page shows the levels and associated grades in a table. The page supports dragging to reorder the grading system.
Assign a certification
- Open Certifications under Officials.
- Search by name, email, level, or grade. Officials are grouped by level; those without a level appear under Not Assigned.
- Open the action button in the official’s row. The Edit Certification dialog opens.
- Choose Level, then Grade. The grade control is unavailable until a level is selected.
- Review the selected official and certification, then choose Save Changes. Choose Cancel to leave without saving.
Use Refresh to reload the certification list.
Look up official contact and certification details
Open Officials Directory. Search by name, email, phone, or certification. The table shows Name, Contact, and Certification; officials without a certification are shown as Not Certified. Use Refresh to reload the directory.
Connect certifications to game requirements
In a league’s age-group configuration, each selected officiating system has requirements for minimum level, grade, and age. Review those requirements alongside the official’s certification before assigning games.
