Configure locations and arenas

A Location is a venue. Its Arenas are the individual rinks or playing areas you select when creating a game.

Add a location

1. Open Locations under Configuration.
2. Choose Add Location.
3. Fill in Location Name, Address, City, and Province. All four are required.
4. Add optional Phone and Notes.
5. Enter an arena name. At least one arena is required. Use Add Arena for additional arenas in the new-location form.
6. Review the venue and arena names, then choose Create Location. Cancel closes the form without creating a location.

Manage arenas

1. Find the location’s card on the Locations page.
2. Choose Manage beside its Arenas list.
3. In Manage Arenas, review the current arenas.
4. To add another arena, enter Arena name under Add New Arena, then choose Add.
5. Choose Done to close the dialog.

Use a location in a game

Select Location before Arena in the game form. If the expected arena is missing, check that you selected the correct location and that the arena has been configured there.
